中文摘要: 通过现场实测的方法,测定了冬季夜晚环境下成都某双层中空玻璃幕墙室内室外表面温度和室外表面气流速度,并据此得出了温度沿横向和竖向的分布规律及其随时间的变化情况。分别使用现场实测的边界条件和JGJ/T 151-2008规程提供的边界条件在THERM7上建立二维稳态传热模型,得出了两种边界条件下玻璃面板和窗框的U值。经比较发现,两种边界条件下玻璃面板的U值相差2.2%,窗框的U值相差12.9%。最后,使用WINDOW7定量地研究了填充气体和玻璃表面半球发射率对玻璃幕墙热工性能的影响。
Abstract:The indoor and outdoor surface temperature and convection velocity of a double layer glass curtain wall in Chengdu were tested in situ, the variation of temperature along the horizontal and vertical direction and how it changed with time were obtained. Then using both the field boundary conditions and JGJ/T 151-2008 boundary conditions, 2D steady heat transfer models were established on THERM7, U value of the glass panel and frames were obtained respectively. By comparison, the difference of the glass panel U value is 2.2%, while the difference of frame U value is 12.9%. The influence of glass emissivity and filling gas on the thermal performance of the glass curtain wall was studied with WINDOW7.
