中文摘要: 针对补给水系统并联水泵、出口阀门以及气囊式空气罐等建立数学模型,模拟了事故断电停泵后的瞬态过程。计算表明:补给水泵出口附近装设气囊式空气罐后,提高了长距离管道中的最小水锤压力,能有效避免凸起部分出现负压及水柱分离。通过计算设定出气囊式空气罐的总容积及气囊初始体积等参数。由于水泵发生倒流的时间明显提前,出口阀门关闭规律宜相应调整。结合气囊式空气罐和出口阀门进行优化整定,可使补给水系统免遭水锤压力的破坏。
Abstract:The mathematical models were established for parallel pumps
outlet valves and pneumatic tank in a make-up water system to study hydraulic transients after electricity failure. The calculated results showed that the negative pressure and the water column separation in local salience could be avoided when the pneumatic tank was mounted near pumps for the raising of minimal water hammer pressure on long pipeline. The total volume and initial capacity of pneumatic bag were determined by calculations. Since the backflows generated in pumps ahead of time obviously the closing laws of outlet valves were needed to adjust correspondingly.
