摘要

中文摘要: 针对空中交通的突发性堵塞，提出了一种新的度量网络抗堵能力的指标——缓堵系数。该系数利用离散排队消失方法，当空中交通受到恶劣天气或其他特殊情况影响时，通过计算概率转移矩阵来获取最大流，以此衡量网络的抗堵能力。同时对流量数据进行数学仿真，实验结果表明该系数具有较好的适应性。

Abstract

Abstract:A novel measure indicator of anti-blockage capacity—anti-blockage coefficient was developed to sudden blockage in air transportation. When the airport capacity dropped due to bad weather or other reasons

the coefficient used the discrete time loss queuing algorithm to get the anti-blockage capacity

which calculated the probability transition matrix and theoretical maximum flow. Then

the coefficient was verified by simulation results.
