中文摘要: 精制棉黑液成分复杂,属于难处理高浓度有机废水,宜采用物化工艺预处理。采用酸析法预处理精制棉黑液,对pH值和静置时间两个影响因素进行研究。采用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)扫描分析、气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析和毒性试验等手段分析酸析前后的精制棉黑液,研究酸析法对精制棉黑液的成分变化的影响。结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:pH=2,静置时间T=90 min。通过酸析法预处理,精制棉黑液的COD从5 400 mg?L^-1降至3 180 mg?L^-1,COD去除率达到41.1%,色度降低43.5%;有机成分的种类和含量均相对降低,占黑液相对含量65.6%的、碳链数大于9的高分子有机物被去除;对明亮发光杆菌的50%抑光率稀释比(LIR50)由250降至140,黑液毒性降低44%。酸析法处理精制棉黑液取得了较好的处理效果,为后续的生化处理提供了有利条件
Abstract:Black liquor produced from refined cotton production is highly concentrated refractory organic wastewater containing complicated components. Pretreatment by physical-chemical processes is preferred. The pretreatment of the black liquor by acidification was studied. Reaction conditions such as pH and retention time were investigated. UV-vis scanning
GC-MS and acute toxicity test were used for analyzing the changes of the composition before and after the acidification. The results showed that the pH of 2 and the retention time of 90 mins were the best conditions. COD decreased from 5 400 mg?L^-1 to 3 180 mg?L^-1 by the ratio of 41.1%. The removal rate of chromaticity could reach 43.5%. Both species and content of organic compounds decreased to a certain extent. Organic compounds with carbon chain number of nine or more were precipitated or degraded. The dilution ratio of LIR50 (50% of luminosity inhibition rate) decreased from 250 to 140
reducing the acute toxicity by 44%. Acidification for black liquor achieved good effect
providing favorable conditions for subsequent biological treatment.
