中文摘要: 针对浅埋采场在开采活动中经常出现矿压显现剧烈、顶板和地表台阶下沉等问题,以神东矿区为背景,采用三维物理模拟试验研究浅埋深薄基岩工作面覆岩活动规律。模型试验尺寸为长×宽×高=1050mm×2000mm×1130mm,几何相似比为1:100,容重相似比为1:1.67,时间相似比为1:10,应力比为1:1.67。监测模型地表位移变化和顶板位移变化规律。结果表明:浅埋薄基岩煤层开采过程中,上覆岩层只出现冒落带和裂隙带,煤层直接顶随采随冒,基本顶初次来压步距为40m,周期来压步距为20m;上覆岩层及松散层出现台阶下沉现象,裂缝贯通地表,切眼和停采线附近出现溃沙现象,地表形成塌陷坑;上覆岩层运动以垂直运动为主,随着工作面向前推进,顶板位移增加;靠近煤柱的上覆岩层出现搭桥结构,靠近煤柱的上覆岩层位移变化量较小,而远离煤柱的测点上覆岩层位移变化量较大;地表位移变化和上覆岩层位移变化整体上具有正相关性,但地表位移变化幅度较小、具有滞后性,且受到溃沙现象的影响,切眼和停采线附近地表形成塌陷坑且地表位移变化量增大。
Abstract:According to the fierce underground press and bench convergence in shallow seam mining
taking Shendong mining area as an research object,the roof strata moving law in shallow thin bedrock was studied with 3D simulation experiment. The dimension of the simulation model was 1050mm×2000mm×1130mm; the model tests were conducted with a geometrical scale of 1∶100
a gravimetric scale of 1:1.67
a temporal scale of 1:10
and a stress scale of 1:1.67. The monitoring was conducted on the surface displacement and roof strata move. The results showed that: there were only caving zone and fractured zone in the roof strata during mining; the immediate roof kept caving as long as mining; the first weighting interval was 40m
the periodic weighting distance was 20m; there were procreant crannies reaching the earth's surface
clearly side stepped subsidence
sand bursting in the area of cut and terminal mining line
and collapse pits in the the surface; the roof strata move was mainly vertical displacement
and increased along with the mining; the bridge leaded to the roof strata move smaller near the coal pillar than far away the coal pillar; there were notable positive correlation between roof strata move and surface displacement
but the surface displacement was smaller and hysteretic to the roof strata move
and was affected by the sand bursting.
