超深定向钻探技术在川藏铁路隧道勘察中的应用

中文摘要: 针对川藏铁路沿线地形高差大,隧道工程顶部地形陡峻,隧道长、埋深大,交通条件极差,竖向深孔勘探无法实施等难题,以及现有定向勘探钻机在高山峡谷地区铁路勘察适应性差和定向勘探技术不能满足铁路隧道勘察对全孔地质岩心取心的技术要求等方面存在的不足,提出开展超长绳索取心定向钻探器具与装备研发、钻进技术与工艺研发、勘探模式研究及铁路超深定向勘探应用与示范工程。通过阐述超深定向钻探技术在川藏铁路隧道工程勘察中的应用现状,提出其发展建议。结论表明:1)通过超深水平定向勘探技术与装备研发,解决了川藏铁路水平深孔钻探装备难题,创新形成一套水平绳索定向钻进器具与工艺,形成一套超长绳索取心定向勘探工法。2)通过将自主研发的GXD–5S千米级全液压动力头定向钻机和超长绳索取心定向钻进技术成功应用于川藏铁路卡子拉山1号隧道,作为示范工程创造了目前国内水平绳索钻杆PQ(直径122 mm)深度588 m和HQ(直径96 mm)974 m两项最新纪录。3)基于水平钻探、斜向钻探和仰斜定向钻探3种勘察模式,构建了高山峡谷地区隧道勘察设计特殊地质因子获取地质模型。4)川藏铁路雅安至昌都段共完成超长绳索取心定向勘探钻探27孔,其中,最深水平定向钻孔深度达1 888.88 m,是国内采用NQ系列水平绳索取心最深钻孔,为超深定向钻探技术更好地服务铁路勘察设计和推广应用提供支撑。
Abstract:In view of the large terrain elevation difference along the Sichuan-Tibet railway, the steep topography of the long and large buried depth tunnel project, extremely poor traffic conditions, and the inability to implement vertical deep hole exploration, the existing directional exploration drilling rig has some shortcomings in the poor adaptability of railway survey in high mountain and canyon areas, and the directional exploration technology cannot meet the technical requirements of full-hole geological core coring in railway tunnel surveys. It is proposed to carry out research and development of ultra-long rope coring directional drilling tools and equipment, drilling technology and process, exploration model and railway super-long directional exploration application and demonstration project. Based on the summaries of the application status of ultra-deep directional drilling technology in the Sichuan-Tibet railway tunnel engineering survey, its development suggestions were put forward. The conclusions show that: 1) Through the research and development of ultra-deep horizontal directional exploration technology and equipment, the problem of horizontal deep-hole drilling equipment on the Sichuan-Tibet railway has been solved, and a set of horizontal rope directional drilling equipment and technology has been innovated, achieving zero domestic breakthroughs, and forming a set of ultra-long rope coring directional exploration method. 2) The self-developed GXD-5S kilometer-level full-hydraulic power-head directional drilling rig and super-long rope core directional drilling technology have been successfully applied to the Kazila Mountain No. 1 Tunnel of the Sichuan-Tibet railway and created a domestic horizontal rope as a demonstration project the two latest records of drill pipe PQ (diameter 122 mm) with depth 588 m and HQ (diameter 96 mm) with depth 974 m. 3) Through three survey modes of horizontal drilling, oblique drilling, and upside directional drilling, special geological factors for tunnel survey design in high mountains and valleys were constructed to obtain new geological models. 4) A total of 27 ultra-deep rope coring directional exploration drilling holes were completed in the Ya’an-Changdu section of the Sichuan-Tibet railway, of which the deepest horizontal directional drilling depth was 1888.88 m. Deep directional drilling technology provides a better support for the railway survey design and popularization and application.
