中文摘要: 为分析钢管混凝土组合柱构件受剪承载力,通过组合柱受剪试验研究,探讨采用桁架-斜压场理论计算受剪承载力的适用性,并与中国规范T/CECS 188、美国规范AISC、欧洲规范EC4进行对比分析。其中,修正桁架-斜压场模型是基于管内外混凝土不同约束条件,以钢管为界划分构件截面区域,且考虑了轴压力作用下,钢管约束对管内混凝土强度的影响。 研究表明:修正桁架-斜压场理论分析方法的计算结果与36组试验数据吻合度高,不仅能够较好反映组合柱构件的受剪机理,且模型计算敏感性受剪跨比、体积配箍率、混凝土强度、轴压比、套箍指标和钢管径厚比等变化参数的影响不大,绝大部分试件的计算值与试验值比值介于0.85~1.15。采用中国规范T/CECS 188的计算值普遍低于试验值,未能准确预估构件的实际承载力;采用美国规范AISC、欧洲规范EC4的计算值的离散性较大。
Abstract:At present, the experimental studies, theoretical models, and calculation methods on the shear bearing capacity of concrete-encased concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) composite columns are insufficient. Therefore, the shear behavior tests were conducted to figure out whether the truss-arch field theory can be used to calculate the shear capacity of concrete-encased CFST composite columns. The results were compared with that of the Chinese standard T/CECS 188, the American standard AISC and the European standard EC4. Based on the different restraint conditions of the outer and core concretes, the modified truss-arch model used a steel tube as the boundary to divide the cross-sectional area of the members. which can consider the effect of steel tube restraint on concrete shear strength under axial compression. The results showed that the calculated values of the proposed calculation methods were in good agreement with 36 groups of the test data, which reflected the shear mechanism of the concrete-encased CFST columns, and the model calculation sensitivity was not greatly affected by the different design parameters. The ratio of the calculated value to the test value of most specimen was between 0.85 and 1.15. The calculated values using Chinese standard T/CECS 188 were generally lower than the test values, which cannot be accurately estimated to the actual bearing capacity of the columns. The dispersion of the calculated values using the American standard AISC or the European standard EC4 was large.
