基于折纸理念的新型两边连接钢板剪力墙弹塑性屈曲分析

中文摘要: 现有钢板剪力墙难以同时满足力学性能和耗能性能均较高的要求,针对这一问题,作者基于折纸原理,提出了3种由不同类型的折痕单元构成的新型折痕钢板剪力墙。对两边连接条件下受水平侧向荷载作用的折痕钢板剪力墙进行了弹塑性屈曲分析,详细分析了折痕形式对钢板剪力墙极限承载力、初始刚度、延性等弹塑性屈曲性能的影响,并与平钢板剪力墙及压型钢板剪力墙进行了对比。结果表明,折痕形式对钢板剪力墙的各项屈曲性能有较大影响,折痕的引入会显著降低钢板剪力墙的初始刚度,但对极限承载力的削弱程度相对较小,与压型钢板剪力墙相比极限承载力最大削弱12.65%。塑性铰率先出现在钢板剪力墙折痕处,且折痕引导了塑性开展过程。折痕的引入有效避免了钢板剪力墙发生整体面外失稳,提高了板件的延性。3种折痕钢板剪力墙的延性相较于平板和压型钢板剪力墙均有不同程度的提高,最高为平钢板剪力墙的8.2倍、压型钢板剪力墙的5.2倍。C型折痕单元所组成的折痕钢板剪力墙在侧向荷载作用下能够形成完整的折叠变形模式,塑性开展得更为均匀和充分,其对试件延性的提升相较于其他两种折痕钢板剪力墙更大,是其他两种折痕钢板剪力墙的2倍左右,且在地震后期仍具有较高的承载力。带塑性铰引导机制的新型钢板剪力墙具有良好的抗震性能,为结构提供耗能性能的同时持续为结构提供抗侧力,在结构抗震方面具有较好的利用前景。
Abstract:Existing steel plate shear walls could not meet the requirements of high mechanical properties and energy dissipation performance at the same time. To solve this problem, based on the origami theory three kinds of novel pre-folded steel plate shear walls were presented, which consist of origami patterns. The elastic-plastic buckling analysis of a pre-folded steel plate shear wall subjected to horizontal lateral loads under two-side connections was presented. The influences of different kinds of origami patterns on the buckling performance (such as ultimate bearing capacity, rigidity and ductility) of steel plate shear wall were studied and compared with that of flat steel plate shear walls and shear walls composed of profiled steel sheeting. The results indicated that the origami patterns has a great influence on the buckling performance of the steel plate shear walls. Origami patterns evidently reduces the rigidity of steel plate shear walls while the degree of weakening of the ultimate bearing capacity is relatively small. The ultimate bearing capacity could be weakened by up to 12.65% compared to that of shear wall composed of profiled steel sheeting. Plastic hinges firstly appears along the creases on the steel plate shear walls, and the creases guides the plasticity development process. The introduction of the origami patterns effectively avoids the overall out-of-plane instability of the steel plate and improved the ductility of the plate. The pre-folded steel plate shear walls exhibits different degrees of improvement of ductility, which is up to 8.2 times higher than that of flat steel plate shear wall and 5.2 times higher than that of shear wall composed of profiled steel sheeting. The steel plate shear wall composed of origami pattern C could form a complete folding deformation mode whose plasticity development is more uniform and sufficient. The ductility of the specimens composed of origami pattern C is about twice that of the steel plate shear walls composed of the other two kinds of origami patterns, which still has a higher bearing capacity in the later period of earthquake. The novel steel plate shear walls with plastic hinge guidance mechanism has good seismic performance, which has great energy consumption performance and good utilization prospect in the field of structural seismic resistance.
