中文摘要: 为探究腐蚀条件下复合绝缘子芯棒的力学性能,以FXBW4-110/100型绝缘子为研究对象,在自制绝缘子扭振模拟试验机上,对不同腐蚀条件下的复合绝缘子进行了整体疲劳试验。应用3维形貌仪和光学显微镜对试样断口表面形貌进行宏观与微观分析,结合表面分析技术,研究不同腐蚀试验条件下绝缘子芯棒断裂与其摆动力、扭转力和拉伸力之间的关系。结果表明:当腐蚀溶液呈中性及碱性时,对复合绝缘子芯棒力学性能影响不大,当腐蚀溶液呈酸性时,对复合绝缘子芯棒的腐蚀作用明显,芯棒内部树脂玻璃纤维受到强酸腐蚀时,试样呈平起光亮的结晶状,表层在位错断裂下形成扩展裂纹,绝缘子芯棒切片断面易发生疲劳断裂;绝缘子被酸性盐雾腐蚀不同时间后,酸液渗入芯棒表面与护套粘接处,对芯棒表面或内部的树脂玻璃纤维界面产生腐蚀,当疲劳断裂发生后,其断口表面由光亮平整向灰暗凹凸不平变化,裂纹由河流花样状向贝纹线状变化,形貌由台阶状向纤维散状变化,表面形貌分布的均方根高度和最大凹陷高度也随之减小;随着腐蚀试验时间的增加,芯棒的抗摆动力能力下降,进而降低了绝缘子整体机械力学性能,导致芯棒断裂时间变短,断口分形维数变大,断口表面形貌更为复杂。
Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of the composite insulator mandrel under corrosion conditions,using the self-developed insulator torsional vibration simulator,the fatigue test of composite insulators was carried out under different corrosion conditions.The FXBW4-110/100 insulator was selected as the research object.The macro-morphology and optical-microscope of the surface morphology of specimen fracture was analyzed by three-dimensional profiler and scanning electron microscope.Combined with surface analysis techniques,the relationship between the fracture of insulator core and its swing force,torsion force and tensile force under different corrosion test conditions was studied.The results showed that the corrosive liquid has little influence on the mechanical properties of the composite insulator under the neutral and alkaline corrosion solution conditions.However,when the corrosive liquid is acidic solution,the composite insulator core rod would be obviously corroded.When the resin glass fiber inside the rod is corroded by strong acid,the sample is flat and bright.When the surface cracks in mechanical properties,the crack will gradually expand.And the section of the insulator core rod is prone to fatigue fracture.After the insulator is eroded by acidic salt spray,the acid will infiltrate the surface of the core rod and the sheath.The surface of the mandrel or the interface of the plexiglass will be corroded.When the fatigue fracture appears,the fracture surface changes from bright flat to gray uneven,the crack changes from the river pattern to the shell line like shape changes to the fiber bulk,and the root mean square height and the maximum sag height of the surface topography decrease.The anti-pendulum power of the mandrel is decreased with the increase of corrosion test time.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the insulator are reduced,which will result in the shorter fracture time,larger fractal dimension of fracture,and more complex fracture surface topography of the core rod.
