中文摘要: 平面齿内齿轮包络鼓形蜗杆传动是一种新型蜗杆传动,由平面齿内齿轮及平面齿内齿轮包络鼓形蜗杆所组成,具有体积小、重量轻及高功率密度等特点,在对体积和重量有限制的特服重载传动领域有广泛的应用前景。为了掌握平面齿内齿轮包络鼓形蜗杆齿面精度理论,本文利用微分几何与啮合理论建立含工艺误差的齿面数学模型,基于齿轮测量中心自由扫略功能分析齿面数据采集方式,探讨测头半径补偿原理及齿形匹配方法等,研究基于遗传算法的齿面误差溯源优化算法,并对样件齿面进行误差检测试验及误差溯源分析,验证了上述误差检测原理及溯源方法的可行性。研究内容能为平面齿内齿轮包络鼓形蜗杆的精度评价及后续高精修正加工提供理论指导,有利于内齿轮包络鼓形蜗杆传动的推广和应用。

Abstract:As a new worm drive, planar tooth internal gear enveloping crown worm drive is composed of a planar tooth internal gear and a crown worm generated by the planar tooth internal gear surface. It is characterized with small size, light weight and high power density, and has wide application prospects on the special service overloaded transmission areas with the size and weight restrictions. In order to grasp the accuracy theory of planar tooth internal gear enveloping crown tooth surface, the mathematical model with process errors is established based on the differential geometry and meshing theory, and the data collection methods are analyzed based on the gear measuring center. The probe radius compensation principle and tooth match method are studied, as well as the optimization of tooth surface errors tracing is proposed. The experiments of tooth surface errors measuring and errors tracing are carried out, and the feasibility is verified. This study is expected to give theoretical guidance to the accuracy assessment and high-precision amend manufacturing of planar tooth internal gear enveloping crown tooth surface, and it is propitious to the promotion and application of internal gear enveloping crown worm drive.
