中文摘要: 为提高蜗杆传动效率,达到传动精度更高的要求,利用接触线能够完全包络的环面蜗杆方程,结合经典啮合理论并拟合工具母面转角的参数,在以往的基础上构建了平面一次包络端面啮合环面蜗杆传动的新型啮合传动方式。采用MATLAB绘制的接触线得到该蜗杆的齿廓螺旋线;并利用CREO软件进行三维图形绘制和运动仿真分析。经研究发现:平面一次包络端面啮合环面蜗杆这一新型传动方式可以通过控制端面蜗杆蜗轮副的参数在一定程度上来增加有效啮合齿数,同时缩短了蜗杆的工作长度,并使蜗杆的回转半径增加,虽然回转半径的增加会导致蜗杆径向尺寸增大,但却能在不增加蜗轮尺寸情况下实现大中心距传动;也使该结构在同型减速器中显得更加紧凑。
Abstract:The worm drive efficiency was improved in order to require the higher precision,the hourglass worm equation of the complete eveloping contact line was utilized,the classical meshing theory was combined besides the parameters of the tool generatrix was fitted, the novel meshing transmission mode of the planar enveloping end face meshing engagement toroidal wrom was constructed on the former basis. The tooth-profile helical line of this worm was obtained by the drawing contact line with MATLAB; the three dimentional graphics was plotted and the kinematic simulation was analysed by using software of CREO as well.According to this reaserch:the planar enveloping end face meshing engagement toroidal worm,this newfashioned driving mode could increase the effective meshing tooth number through controlling its parameters to a certain extent,meanwhile its working length was shortened;and the gyration radius was magnified,the radial size of this worm volume was largened caused by the increscent gyration radius, however the large center distance transmission was achieved without increasing the worm gear size;also the structure of these same model retarders was more compact.
