中文摘要: 由于GDOP(Geometric Dilution of Precision)的影响,MLAT系统的定位噪声与目标几何位置有关,这将造成传统检验方法的性能下降。针对该问题,本文提出了一种应用于机场场面MLAT监视系统的目标静止/运动状态检验方法。通过所构造的归一化检验量,该方法可消除GDOP对检验性能的影响。所提方法的检验原理如下:当目标处于静止状态时,所构造的归一化检验量是中心化的Chi分布;当目标处于运动状态时,所构造的归一化检验量为非中心化的Chi分布。一种对应的滑动窗口检验方法被同时提出以便满足不同的性能要求。本文所提出方法经过了严格的理论推导和性能分析,并通过仿真实验证明了其有效性和合理性。该方法已在某机场实现了工程应用。
Abstract:Under the influence of GDOP(Geometric Dilution of Precision),the localization noise of MLAT system relate directly to target's geometric position, which will degrade the performance of traditional test method. This paper proposes a test method of target stationary/motion state in the airport surface for MLAT surveillance system. The proposed method is able to eliminate GDOP effects and its carry on motion states test by constructed the normalized statistic that works on the principle that when target are moving, the normalized statistic has a noncentral distribution, versus a central Chi-Square distribution when there is static. Then a test method using sliding window is put forward in order to meet different performance requirements. The proposed methods in this paper are rigorously derived and analyzed in detail. Simulation results prove the effectiveness and rationality of proposed method. The proposed method has been applied into an airport project.
