面齿轮精密磨削砂轮数控修整技术研究

中文摘要: 为改善面齿轮磨削加工精度,提出一种面齿轮磨削砂轮数控修整及误差影响分析方法。基于面齿轮传动原理,进行了面齿轮碟形砂轮磨削运动分析。依据砂轮齿廓特点,选择金刚滚轮修整,并计算金刚滚轮的运动轨迹曲线,提出一种数控刀位点和步长的选取方式。分析了砂轮型面误差类型,给出了误差条件下的面齿轮齿面方程。借助MATLAB和CATIA软件对面齿轮齿面点进行拟合,获得了砂轮型面误差对面齿轮型面影响的变化规律。最后进行了砂轮修整和面齿轮磨削加工试验,通过对面齿轮齿面进行检测,得到面齿轮全齿面法向偏差范围-10.1~12 μm。结果验证了砂轮修整方法的可行性,为面齿轮的工程化应用奠定基础。

Abstract:One method of CNC grinding disk wheel dresser and error impact analysis were proposed in order to improve the accuracy of face gear grinding.The motions of grinding face gear by disk wheel were analyzed based on the principle of face gear drive.The diamond wheel was selected for dressing according to the characteristics of the wheel tooth profile,and the trajectory curve of the diamond wheel was calculated and the method of CNC cutter sites and step size selection were proposed.The error type of the grinding wheel profile was analyzed,and the face gear tooth surface equation with error was given.The discrete points on the face gear tooth surface were fitted with MATLAB and CATIA software,and the impacts variation of wheel error on the face gear type surface was obtained.Finally,the experiment of dressing wheel and grinding face gear test were carried out, and the coordinate values of tooth surface points were detected with the maximum deviation of -10.1~12 μm.The results verified the proposed method.
