中文摘要: 以建筑垃圾、污泥或河道底泥等固体废弃物为基料,通过探讨烧成条件、固相(包括骨料和玻璃碎片)、动物发泡剂、膨润土对于发泡陶瓷板发泡情况以及吸水率、显气孔率、密度、抗压强度等性能指标的影响,确定了比较理想的配方和烧成工艺条件,原料配方(质量百分比)为:建筑垃圾、污泥混合骨料∶废玻璃碎片∶动物发泡剂∶膨润土 = 70%∶20%∶(5%~7%)∶(5%~7%);烧制工艺条件为:预热温度700 ℃,预热时间40 min,烧成温度1 200 ℃左右,烧成时间30 min。获得了最佳发泡陶瓷性能指标:吸水率1.62%,显气孔率70.12%,抗压强度5.12 MPa,体积密度0.48 g/cm3,产品性能达到甚至优于国家相关标准。所研制的具有防水、保温性能的高强轻质发泡陶瓷板,不仅摆脱了原材料的限制,使得成本大幅降低,同时还将固废资源化,改善环境。
Abstract:Based on the physical and chemical properties of sludge and construction waste, construction rubbish, sludge or river sediment were used as base stock to prepare a well kind of waterproof insulated high strength and lightweight foaming ceramic plate, and the effects of firing condition, solid phrase including aggregate and glass fragment, animal foaming agent, bentonite on the foaming tendency and properties such as water absorption rate, porosity, density and compressive strength were explored. The results showed that under the optimal formula and firing conditions including the combined aggregate of construction waste and sludge of 70%, glass fragments of 20%, animal protein foaming agent of 5%~7%, bentonite of 5%~7%, and under preheating temperature of 700 ℃, preheating time of 40 min, sintering temperature of 1 200 ℃, sintering time of 30 min, the best foaming ceramic property was obtained such as the water absorption rate of 1.62%, porosity of 70.12%, the compressive strength of 5.12 MPa, the bulk density of 0.48 g/cm3. The product performance is better than the relevant national standards.
