中文摘要: 提出了一种双主轴双工位四转台结构的新铣床,采用滑台的纵向进给和工件转台的周向进给形成极坐标下的切削轨迹,利用工位转台的回转运动构成加工与装卸2个工位,每个工位可同时铣削2个飞轮的外圆弧段;针对双主轴的对称式布局和两相互干涉的切削力对主轴箱同时作用,易引起振动,在ANSYS平台上分析了双主轴系统的模态和谐响应动力学特性,优化了双主轴结构参数;阐述了一种新的极坐标直线插补算法,实现了外圆弧段的连续加工。工艺实验表明:加工精度为0.02 mm,表面粗糙度为Ra 0.8,加工效率为300~400 件/h。

Abstract:To mill external circular arc segment efficiently,a special milling machine for flywheels was designed based on double-spindle double-station four-turntable,which used the longitudinal feed of sliding table and circular feed of workpiece turntable to form cutting trajectory in polar coordinates,and used the rotary motion of station turntable to constitute double stations of processing and handling,each of which could mill two workpieces at the same time.Aiming at the symmetric layout of double-spindle and vibration produced easily by double cutters,the modal and harmonic responses of the spindle system were analyzed on ANSYS in order to optimize the double-spindle structure.A new linear interpolation algorithm in polar coordinates was described,which implemented the continuous processing of external circular arc segment.Processing experiment showed that machining accuracy is 0.02 mm,surface roughness is Ra 0.8,machining efficiency is 300~400 /h.
