中文摘要: 采用高速环-块式载流摩擦试验机,研究了纯碳和浸金属碳2种滑板材料在高速载流条件下的摩擦磨损行为。利用相关系数理论,对滑板振动加速度和电弧能量的相关性进行定量分析,发现滑板振动加速度和电弧能量之间存在着明显的相关性。试验结果表明:摩擦系数随着振动加速度的增加逐渐减小,2种滑板材料的磨损率随着振动加速度的增加均逐渐增大,且浸金属碳滑板的耐磨性比纯碳滑板好。随着振动的增大,电弧对2种滑板材料的侵蚀程度均明显加剧,浸金属碳滑板电弧侵蚀形式以层片状剥离为主,纯碳滑板以烧蚀坑和热应力裂纹为主。载流条件下,纯碳滑板导电性优于浸金属碳滑板。
Abstract:The friction and wear performances of pure carbon and metal-impregnated carbon against a contact wire at a high speed with electric current were investigated using a block-on-ring friction tester.Using the correlation coefficient theory,the correlation between the vibration acceleration and arc discharge energy was analyzed quantificationally.It was found that there was an obvious correlation between the vibration acceleration and arc discharge energy.Test results showed that the friction coefficients decreased with the increase of vibration acceleration at a high speed with electric current. However,the wear rates of two materials increased with the increase of vibration acceleration.The wear resistance of the metal-impregnated carbon was better than that of the pure carbon.Arc erosion wear of the two materials was aggravated gradually with increasing vibration.The arc erosion mechanism of the metal-impregnated carbon was attributed to layered spalling.Erosion pit and thermal stress cracking were the main arc erosion mechanism of the pure carbon strip.The conductivity of the pure carbon strip was super to that of metal-impregnated carbon under the condition of high sliding speeds with electric current.
