中文摘要: 利用高温旋转弯曲疲劳试验系统,完成了用于航空发动机的高强钛合金TC17在常温、200 ℃和350 ℃条件下的疲劳性能的实验,主要研究了温度对TC17疲劳强度和裂纹扩展率的影响。通过测量试件在试验过程中的挠度变化,对比分析了不同温度下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,并通过断口分析研究了裂纹萌生与扩展行为。研究结果发现,在TC17高周疲劳破坏过程中,裂纹萌生寿命占整个疲劳寿命90%以上,高温不仅促进了裂纹的萌生而且促进了裂纹的扩展。

Abstract:Rotating bending (50 Hz)fatigue tests were performed at room temperature,200 ℃ and 350 ℃,respectively,to evaluate the influence of temperature on the fatigue resistance and fatigue crack growth rates of TC17 alloy.Variation of sample deflection was used to analyze the evolution of crack growth rate at different temperatures.By using scanning electron microscopy,the crack initiation and propagation behavior were examined.The results showed that the portion of fatigue life attributed to crack initiation was more than 90% in the high-cycle regime in this investigation.Not only the crack initiation but also crack propagation was promoted at elevated temperature.
