气体钻井液压系统污染物方程及过滤装置

中文摘要: 气体钻井现场环境恶劣,工况复杂,现用液压系统油液过滤装置过滤效果差,致使油液污染严重,液压系统中泵、阀、执行元件、管路等出现磨损、测漏、堵塞以及活动件卡死等情况,增加了对气体钻井作业的风险。对气体钻井现场所用液压系统污染源进行分析,对其建立了污染物平衡方程及污染物控制方程。根据污染物控制方程提出了液压系统过滤装置改进措施,通过多方案设计与分析,优选出过滤装置设计方案,并计算出新型过滤装置的主要设计参数。建立新型回油过滤装置的下游污染物颗粒浓度方程,并对安装回油过滤装置和无回油过滤装置的下游污染物颗粒浓度进行计算分析。结果表明:液压系统安装新型回油过滤装置时,过滤速度明显提高,下游污染物颗粒浓度明显下降,更好地满足了气体钻井液压系统对油液清洁度的要求。
Abstract:Oil contaminants of the hydraulic system in the gas drilling process were analyzed and a dynamic equilibrium equation of pollutants and pollutant control equations were established.According to pollution control equation,hydraulic system filter device optimization measures were proposed to further improve the design and preferred filter programs,and the main design parameters of the new back oil filter were determined.By builting a downstream particle concentration equation of the back oil filter pollutants,and calculating downstream particle concentration of pollutants to the back oil filter and non-return oil filter of the hydraulic system,it was shownd that when installing a new oil return filter,the filter of speed obviously improved,and after a certain time,the downstream particle concentration of pollutants decreased significantly.
