中文摘要: 利用U形弯试样浸泡试验和电化学技术研究了N80钢在不同H2S分压的CO2环境下的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为与机理。结果表明:N80油套管钢在CO2-H2S环境下存在一定的应力腐蚀敏感性;随H2S分压的升高,N80钢的腐蚀电流和应力腐蚀敏感性都先增大后减小,H2S分压为0.2 MPa时,应力腐蚀敏感性最大;N80钢在CO2-H2S环境下裂纹初期以沿晶开裂(IGSCC)为主,随裂纹扩展转变为沿晶开裂与穿晶开裂混合(TGSCC)的扩展模式,SCC机制为阳极溶解(AD)与氢脆(HE)协同机制。

Abstract:The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior and its mechanism of N80 steel under different H2S partial pressure in the environment of CO2 were studied using electrochemical technology and U-bent specimen immersing test. The results showed that the CO2-H2S environment generates the SCC of N80 oil casing steel.The corrosion current and susceptibility of N80 oil casing steel increases,then decreases with the increase of H2S partial pressure.When the H2S partial pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa,the N80 oil casing steel exhibits a high susceptibility to SCCThe typical intergranular fracture morphologies are observed in the first,but then stress corrosion cracking becomes transgranular and intergranular fracture morphologies.The SCC mechanism is mixed-controlled by both anodic dissolution (AD) and hydrogen-induced (HE).
