中文摘要: 在有限元软件中建立了空心轴和轴套的过盈连接模型,分析了其在轴向拉、压载荷下的力学特性,并对轴向拉伸载荷下,过盈量、空心度、轴向载荷量和轴套厚度对过盈连接力学特性的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,在轴向载荷作用下,接触应力和轴套的等效应力仍存在“边缘效应”;空心轴在拉伸载荷下的最大等效应力出现在内圆柱面。承受轴向拉伸载荷时,接触应力和轴套的等效应力随着过盈量和轴套厚度的增大而增大,随着空心度和载荷量的增大而减小;空心轴的等效应力随着各参数的增大而增大。

Abstract:The interference fit model of hollow shaft and sleeve was established in finite element software. The mechanical property of them was analyzed under axial tension, pressure load. And the effects of interference, hollow degree, axial loading, sleeve thickness on the mechanical property were studied. The results showed that there is still an "edge effect" about the contact stress and the equivalent stress of sleeve under axial loading. The maximum equivalent stress of hollow shaft appears on the inside cylindrical surface under tensile loading. Under axial tensile loading, contact stress and the equivalent stress of sleeve increased with the increase of interference, sleeve thickness, and decreased with the increase of hollow degree and load. The equivalent stress of hollow shaft increased with the increase of the four parameters.
