中文摘要: 针对国内天然气井下节流器节流直径单一,不能够适应井下多变的压力与温度,导致节流出口处压强不稳定的问题,设计出一种基于传统井下节流器与锥形节流阀的井下智能节流系统。系统主要是通过改变流体的通流面积来降低井下压力。该系统通过由光纤传感器、信号传输光缆、解调仪组成的井下温度、压力监测系统以及通讯接口,将采集的数据传输给井上工控机进行分析处理。工控机发出信号遥控驱动井下电机,实时调节节流阀开度,从而达到稳定产量与出口处压力的目的。通过ANSYS对井下节流流场特性进行仿真分析,分析结果表明该井下智能节流系统中节流结构是可行的,为节流系统的建立奠定了理论基础。
Abstract: Research on the single diameter of a downhole throttling valve that can‘t adapt to the various pressure and temperature in the downhole environment,putting forward a new downhole intelligent throttling system based on the conventional downhole throttling device and the adjustable poppet valve. The system reduces the gas pressure through changing the flow area. Via the downhole temperature and pressure monitored by the sensors, the system’s Industrial Personal Computer can process the data and send a signal to allow the motor to rotate to regulate the open rate of the poppet valve in real time. Then get the stable flow rate and outlet pressure at the outlet. Using ANSYS analysis software to simulate the downhole flow filed. The results show that the throttling structure of the downhole intelligent throttling system is workable, and the simulation forms the theoretical foundation to establish the throttling system.
