中文摘要: 建立了用于反渗透(reverse osmosis, RO)膜片的碱液及超声清洗微型系统,通过连续监测清洗液电导率和吸光度来考察清洗RO膜片上无机及有机污染物的效果。首先,筛选了超声波频率和声强:最佳频率和声强分别为50 KHz、0.636 W cm-2;其次,筛选了RO膜片的浸泡时间和超声时间:浸泡时间 ≥ 60 min,超声时间 ≤ 60 min。在筛选条件下又考察了NaOH浓度对RO膜片上无机及有机污染物清洗效果的影响。结果表明:碱液循环清洗及超声辅助碱液清洗对RO膜片上无机污染物有很好的效果;碱液循环清洗对RO膜片上有机污染物几乎没有效果,而超声辅助碱液清洗对RO膜片上有机污染物有很好的效果;6 mmol L-1 的NaOH对RO膜片上的污染物清洗效果最好,垢洗脱率为33%。

Abstract:A new miniature system for cleaning RO (reverse osmosis) membranes by using alkaline solution and ultrasonic was set up and used for researching cleaning effect of inorganic and organic pollutants on the RO membrane by continuous monitoring cleaning solution’s conductivity and absorbance. Firstly, we screened the ultrasonic frequency and sound intensity, the result showed that the optimum frequency and sound intensity was 50 KHz and 0.636W cm-2 separately; Secondly, we screened the soaking time and ultrasonic time of the RO membrane, and the soaking time was not less than 60 min and the ultrasonic time was not more than 60 min. Then, under the screened conditions above, we investigated the effects of NaOH solution’s concentrations for cleaning the inorganic and organic pollutants on the RO membrane with this system. The results showed that the procedure of alkaline solution circular cleaning and ultrasound-assisted cleaning had very good efficiency for the inorganic pollutants on the RO membrane; the procedure of alkaline solution circular cleaning had only a little efficiency for the organic pollutants on the RO membrane, but the procedure of ultrasound-assisted cleaning had very good efficiency; the NaOH solution with concentration of 6 mmol L-1 had the best cleaning efficiency for the pollutants on the RO membrane and the elution rate of the dirt was 33%.
