中文摘要: 本文通过对设置焊接孔的Q345c高强钢波纹钢腹板梁进行疲劳试验,静力试验和三维有限元分析,主要目的是研究焊接孔对高强波纹钢腹板梁力学性能的影响,并且通过有限元模拟对设置有焊接孔的波纹钢腹板梁进行几何参数分析。试验梁通过岛津4890疲劳试验机采用三点弯曲加载方案,在加载至60万次疲劳循环后,梁跨中部右侧的焊接孔处出现微裂纹,继续加载至128.84万循环周次,最终在前期未发现裂缝的焊接孔处发生断裂破坏。通过试验现象和有限元分析表明:焊接孔对波形钢腹板钢梁的应力集中影响较大;波纹钢腹板梁几何尺寸的变化使焊接孔处波纹钢腹板梁的力学性能的改变有明显的影响。
Abstract: This paper presents experimental research on the influence of weld access hole on fatigue of Q345c steel corrugated web girders by fatigue test, Static test and three-dimensional finite element stress analysis. The work was tested by Shimadzu 4890 fatigue testing machine.During the experiment, the fatigue test was carried out by three-point bending. The experimental phenomena and finite element analysis show that: the stress concentration occurs at the weld access hole of girder with corrugated steel web; geometry changes have a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the corrugated steel web beams.
