中文摘要: 采用间歇曝气移动床生物膜反应器(IAMBBR)处理废水时具有很好的污染物去除效果,而且可以改善MBBR工艺对于总氮的去除效果,尤其适用于含氮废水的深度处理过程。实验重点考察了有机负荷及曝气方式对IAMBBR处理含氮废水时污染物去除效能的影响。实验结果表明,当进水COD浓度为720mg/L,氨氮为20mg/L,NO3--N为100mg/L时,控制反应器的水力停留时间(HRT)为12h、温度为25±2℃、pH为6~9、有机负荷在1.44kgCOD/(m3·d)、并采用曝气2h,停止曝气4h循环模式的曝气方式时,IAMBBR对COD、氨氮和TN的平均去除率分别为95.88%、92.22%和76.73%,可在同一反应器内实现较好的有机物去除和脱氮效果。同时,IAMBBR不同的运行方式对于反应器内悬浮填料上的生物膜形态也有较为显著的影响。

Abstract:Intermittent aeration moving bed biofilm reactor (IAMBBR) has high pollutant removal efficiency in treating wastewater, and could improve the total nitrogen (TN) removal in the MBBR process, especially suitable for depth processing nitrogenous wastewater.Effect of organic loading and aeration mode on pollutants removal performance of the IAMBBR in treating nitrogenous wastewater was studied in the experiments. The results indicated that average removal efficiencies of COD、ammonium and TN were 95.88%、92.22% and 76.73% with influent COD、ammonium and NO3--N concentration of 720, 20 and 100 mg/L, respectively, when the IAMBBR was operated with HRT of 12h, temperature of 25±2℃,pH of 6~9, organic loading of 1.44kg COD/(m3·d) and circulating aeration of 2h aeration and 4h stop aeration. And better organic pollutants and nitrogen removal performance could be achieved in single reactor. Meanwhile,operation mode of the IAMBBR had significant influence on biofilm morphology adhering to suspended carriers.
