中文摘要: 由于工业设计知识的复杂性及现阶段大部分数控机床企业对设计知识的无管理状态,大大影响了企业在新产品开发及旧产品改型中对于设计知识的有效利用。为解决此问题,实现工业设计知识的合理分类、便于知识的调用和重用,通过在动态网络环境下搭建知识资源共享平台,提出一种层级递进结构的数控机床工业设计知识分类描述模型。此模型应用于机床制造企业可对其积累的大量设计知识进行有效管理及合理循环利用,具有随着知识分类的细化而不断清晰完善的脉络结构和良好引导性的人机界面,在对知识的迅速检索、学习和应用、缩短产品的设计周期、提高生产效率从而带来更高经济效益等方面起到显著的作用。
Abstract:A knowledge resource sharing platform is constructed under the dynamic network environment. A classified model with step-up layer structure to industrial design knowledge of NC machine is brought forward to realize the rational classification and easy transferring or reusing of knowledge. The design knowledge can be managed availably and applied rationally when the model is used in NC machine manufacturing corporations. The content and structure of the knowledge model can much more particular and perfect along with the cumulation of new resource and the circularly use of the knowledge. This knowledge model has advantages, such as the knowledge can be searched, learned and used in short order, the cycle of product design is shortened,and the efficiency of production is improved.
