中文摘要: 高压天然气地下储气井是实现节能减排的重要途径。针对其特点,提出了一种基于超声波和视频检测的人机交互式的井壁腐蚀检测系统。系统由地面部分和井下部分组成。检测时井下超声波探头和摄像头在获取信号的同时,以可调的速度旋转上升;用户通过地面计算机可以观察、分析、记录和实时控制井壁厚度超声波检测和井内壁视频检测。重点介绍了系统结构和工作原理,超声波信号的检测、传输和处理方法,以及井下成像检测的硬件设计和软件设计。实验室和现场实验表明:系统的检测速度和精度均达到了预定要求。这一技术为CNG储气井的安全运行提供了新的保证。
Abstract:Compressed Natural Gas(CNG)storage well is an important underground container for energy conservation. According to the characteristics of natural gas storage wells in service, a human-computer interaction system for corrosion detection of the CNG wells wall was presented,which consists of an underground test unit and a ground control unit. In the corrosion inspection, the ultrosonic probes and the camera of the system could rise and rotate along with the wall of the CNG well for the acquisition of corrosion information.At the same time,the users could observe,analyze,and record the wall thickness and corrosion images and online control the corrosion inspection of the ultrasonic system and imaging system by the computer on the ground. The detection scheme and working principle of the system were described in detail, especially acquisition and transmission of the ultrosonic data,as well as hardware and software design of both ultrasonic detection subsystem and underground imaging subsystem. The laboratory and field experiments indicated that the system speed and accuracy can meet the test requirements. The system provided a new technique for the corrosion inspection of CNG wells in China.
