中文摘要: 通过对“5·12”汶川地震发生后的实际地震震害调查,论述了不同地震地区建筑物的震害情况、震害原因,并提出了今后要解决的课题。调查结果发现,成都震害较轻,基本上没有受到大地震的考验。都江堰、绵竹、北川、映秀等地区震害较严重,特别是1990年以前兴建的预制楼板砖混结构房屋的震害特别严重,大部分都属于濒临倒塌的危房,已无法修补。但2000年以后按新规范兴建的房屋相比之下震害较轻,有的甚至基本上完好无损,表明我国现行的结构抗震设计规范基本上能满足抗震设防的目的。

Abstract:By means of investigation on serious damages due to “5·12” Wenchuan Earthquake, it discussed detailed different seismic damage conditions and reasons of buildings in different seismic areas, and presented task to be solved in the future. The investigation results were found that there was less seismic damage in Chengdu, but in Dujiangyan, Mianzu, Beichuan,Yingxiu which were damaged more seriously, especially before 1990’s pre cast floor brick concrete structure housing whose seismic damages were very serious, and most of them were faced to collapsed and no method to repair. Compared with 1990’s buildings, there were less seismic damage after 2000 designed by new norms, and it concluded that codes for seismic design were basically satisfied the purpose of seismic fortification.
