锦屏一级水电站围堰优化和调整研究

中文摘要: 在工程实施阶段,由于可行性研究阶段围堰的设计条件发生了根本性改变,为确保围堰方案的可行性和符合现场实际,必须对围堰工程进行优化和调整,使大坝基础顺利开挖,满足工程提前发电的要求。通过工程类比、理论分析、方案经济技术比较对围堰进行了优化和调整研究,实现了上游围堰防渗轴线上移,优化和调整了围堰的防渗形式和结构型式,并将可研阶段坝肩溜井出渣开挖方案优化为向河床推渣、基坑出渣方案,缩短了开挖工期,降低了施工期间的安全风险,减少了施工期间水土流失,加强了环境保护,确保了围堰自2007年以来挡水期间的安全渡汛。优化调整后同比节约投资约10%,节省工期约15%。研究成果为类似工程提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the engineering analogy, theoretical analysis,economic and technological comparison,the optimization and adjustment of the cofferdam of JinpingⅠHydropower Station was carried out.Through the study, the axis of the upstream cofferdam moved up;the structures of upstream and downstream cofferdam were optimized and adjusted ;the scheme of abutment excavation was optimized;the working duration of high slope excavation on abutment was shorten;the security risk and soil erosion during the construction were reduced,and the cofferdam and foundation pit safety was ensured during the water holding period since 2007.After the optimization and adjustment of cofferdam,10% of the investment is saved, 15% of the construction period is limited.
