中文摘要: 针对目前绿色产品制造工艺方案的评价过程影响因素复杂的现状,结合绿色产品基本属性、经济、资源、能源和环境性能等五大决策属性,建立了面向绿色产品制造工艺方案的组合评价模型。该模型提出了绿色产品制造工艺方案评价体系及其框架流程。通过对制造工艺评估指标定量化分析,分别应用属性层次模型评价法和熵值评价法进行评价,再利用组合评价模型进行组合评价。最后,通过一个实例验证该模型的可行性和实用性。
Abstract:In order to overcome the complexity of green product manufacturing process,a combination evaluation model based on green product fundamental property, economy, resource, energy, environment and the sustainability was proposed for green product manufacturing process. The model presented the evaluation indexes and the framework of green product manufacturing process. After quantitative analysis of the assessment indexes, it used the attribute hierachical model method, entropy method and a combined evaluation model to evaluate the green product manufacturing process strategy. Finally, an example was provided to verity the feasibility and practicality of the combinatorial evaluation model.
