橡胶水泥土强度特性与机理的试验研究

中文摘要: 为了改良水泥土,提出将土、橡胶粉、水泥等强制搅拌形成新型水泥土复合体—橡胶水泥土(RCS)。通过对橡胶水泥土应力-应变曲线、无侧限抗压强度的试验测试,得到了水泥掺量、橡胶粉掺量、橡胶粉粒径等因素对橡胶水泥土强度的影响并分析了内在机理。橡胶水泥土的应力-应变曲线发展基本经历弹性、弹塑性及塑性3个阶段,峰值应变高于水泥土。橡胶水泥土强度随着水泥掺量的增大而提高,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而降低;粒径对橡胶水泥土强度的影响与水泥掺量有关,可能存在最优粒径问题。试验表明橡胶粉在水泥土中充当软性弹性体的作用,能够缓和内部原生裂纹的发生与扩展,因而改善和提高水泥土的塑性变形性能。
Abstract:In order to improve cement-soil, a new type cement-soil named rubberized cement soil (RCS) was put forward, which was made by the forced mixing of soft soil, rubber powder, and cement. By means of tests on stress-strain curves and confined compressive strength, effects of cement content, rubber powder content and particle diameter on RCS strength were obtained. Intrinsic mechanics of RCS was further analyzed. Stress-strain curve of RCS developed through three stages, which named elastic stage, elasto-plastic stage and plastic stage. RCS’s peak strain was higher than cement-soil’s. RCS strength increased with cement content, but decreased with rubber powder content. The effect of particle diameter on RCS's strength was related to cement content. Test results indicated that rubber powder could play a role of elastic bodies in cement-soil. Internal cracks would be less and controlled. Therefore plastic deformation performance of cement-soil could be improved and enhanced.
