中文摘要: 运用优化统筹思想与方法构建灾后民营企业救助模式研究的基本框架；对民营企业实际情况进行问卷调查和深入访谈，借助SPSS软件，从企业评估、类型划分和因素分析三个层面展开对民营企业救助分析，提出对民营企业救助的引导重建模式、全面重建模式、联合重建模式和改造重建模式。
Abstract:In this paper, we applied the thought way of optimum seeking and overall planning to construct the basic framework of private enterprises assistance mode. Through questionnaire survey and interview, we gained an intimate knowledge of practical situation of private enterprises. Then we analyzed the private enterprises assistance from three stages: enterprise evaluation, enterprise type and factor analysis using SPSS software, and proposed guiding reconstruction mode, all-around reconstruction mode, conglomeration reconstruction mode and reforming reconstruction mode.
