中文摘要: 聚芳硫醚砜是一种具有优异性能的新型特种工程塑料,可将其制备成在高温和酸碱等苛刻环境下应用的分离膜。通过浊点滴定法测定PASS/溶剂/非溶剂三元相图,并采用沉浸凝胶法制备了聚芳硫醚砜分离膜。实验结果表明各种溶剂对PASS的溶解能力大小顺序为:NMP﹥苯酚+四氯乙烷﹥DMF,各种常用沉淀剂的沉淀能力总体上随羟基数的增加、极性的增大而增强,其从大到小的顺序是:H2O﹥丙三醇﹥乙二醇﹥异丙醇﹥乙醇﹥1,2-丙二醇。所制备的PASS分离膜均具有指状孔结构,通过分析可知这种结构的形成可能是延迟分相所导致的。

Abstract:Polyarylene sulfide sulfone (PASS) belongs to a new generation of heat resistant engineering thermoplastics and has already been used as an excellent membrane material. The preparation of PASS separation membrane by means of immersion precipitation method (L-S method) and the phase diagram of the PASS/solvent/non solvent system were studied. Solubility order of the solvents to PASS according to ternary phase diagrams is NMP>phenol/tetrachloroethane>DMF. Precipitating ability of non solvent is H2O>glycerine> glycol>isopropanol>grain alcohol>1, 2-propaanediol in order. The prepared membrane has unsymmetrical structure which contains a thin porous layer and a thick support layer with finger like bores. The formation mechanism of the finger like bores is attributed to the delay in the phase separation of the cast solution.
