中文摘要: 对去离子水在矩形微通道(0.54 mm×1.6 mm×330 mm)中的流动沸腾压力降特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:质量流速和出口干度对压力降有重要影响,总压力降随质量流速和出口干度的增加而增大;各分压力降中摩擦压力降占主要部分,其次是重力、加速和单相流压力降。在实验数据基础上拟合微通道内单相流摩擦系数关联式,预测值与实验数据吻合良好,对微通道内流动沸腾摩擦压力降的研究有重要的参考价值。
Abstract:An experimental investigation on the flow boiling behaviors in a vertical rectangular micro-channel was conducted. The channel has dimensions of 0.54 mm×1.6 mm×330 mm (width×depth×length). The working fluid is deionized water. Experimental results reveal that the pressure drop increases with increasing mass flux and exit vapor quality. And the pressure drop is mainly contributed by friction part, while the influences of gravitation, acceleration and single phase flow on pressure drop are relatively small. Based on the experimental results, new frictional factor correlations for single phase flow are suggested. In addition, the experimental data of Tang (2007) and Hrnjak (2007) are well prediced by the new frictional factor correlations.
