中文摘要: 以纯滚动剪切为目标,通过对新型滚切剪空间剪切机构的原理分析,建立了增加导向杆为设计变量的剪切机构优化数学模型,以推广应用的某大型钢铁有限公司3000 mm单轴双偏心定尺滚切剪的研发项目为依托,对剪切机构的杆件尺寸进行了优化,对运动轨迹进行了模拟。上下剪刃重叠量,刀弧水平偏移量,开口度的计算结果表明,加入导向杆设计变量的优化数学模型,对求得纯滚动剪切机构的杆件尺寸,降低刀弧水平位移量,均匀剪刃重叠量,保证设定开口度的作用显著。现场生产样机重叠量、刀弧水平综合位移量、开口度的实际值及高质量的钢板剪切断面也证实了上述优化数学模型的正确性。

Abstract:Making pure rolling shear as the target, on the basis of the principle analysis of spatial shear mechanism in new type rolling shear, the optimized mathematical model of shear mechanism was established with guide rod as additional design variable. Depending on the development project on extensive popularization of 3000 mm cut to length rolling shear with single shaft and double eccentricity for some large Iron & Steel plant, the rod dimensions of shear mechanism was optimized, and the motion path was simulated. The calculating results, such as overlap quantity between the upper blade and lower blade, horizontal translation of tool arc and open degree, showed that the optimized model with guide rod as additional design variable helps to obtain the rod dimensions of pure rolling shear mechanism, decreases horizontal translation of blade arc, evenly distributes blade overlap quantity and ensures the function of setting open degree. On site overlap quantity, blade arc displacement of integration, the actual value of open degree and high quality steel cross section of production prototype,also proved the validity of optimized mathematical model.
