中文摘要: 兰成渝输油管道是我国惟一通向西南地区的成品油管道,供应川渝地区70%以上的成品油,是国家西部大开发的重要动脉,其安全运营十分重要。“5.12”汶川大地震在四川省绵阳市北川县城上游的唐家山形成规模巨大的堰塞湖,一旦溃坝,不仅严重威胁下游城镇、道路等基础设施和人民生命财产的安全,也威胁着输油管道的运行安全。为了确保唐家山堰塞湖泄洪排险过程中输油管道的安全,对堰塞湖可能出现的三种溃坝方案中输油管道涪江穿越断面的冲刷深度进行了计算。根据计算结果,如果发生三分之二溃坝,涪江穿越断面主槽冲刷深度为6m,边滩冲刷深度为4m;如果发生全溃坝,则分别为8m和6m。并对其安全性进行了评价,提出了相应的应急处理措施,确保了兰成渝输油管道安全渡过唐家山泄洪。
Abstract:The oil-pipe from LANZHOU to CHONGQING was the only pipe that translates product oil to the Western areas. It supplied more than 70% product oil of SICHUAN and CHONGQING. It was an important artery to the western exploitation; therefore its running safety was especially significant. The earthquake of May 12 in WENCHUAN triggered a great many of slides and landslides to shape lots of large scale barrier lakes. The Tangjiashan Barrier Lake, located in the upper stream of Beichuan county, Mianyang of Sichuan province, is one of the largest scales of the barrier lakes. Once the dam breaks, it is not only threatening the safety of infrastructural facilities, cities, pathways, e.g., and the residents, but also threatening the oil-pipe. To insure the safety of the oil-pipe during the sluice of Tangjiashan Barrier Lake, calculated the erosion depth of the FU river cross section under the three possible dam-break types. Based on the results, the erosion depth of groove is 6m and of beach is 4m under the 2/3 dam-break, while it’s 8m and 6m separately under the whole dam-break. Estimated the safety and then bring forward the corresponding lash-up measures so that guaranteed the safety of the pipe during the rapid flood of Tangjiashan Barrier Lake..
