中文摘要: 我国处于特殊的地质构造部位,地质灾害发生频繁,造成了严重的人员伤亡及经济损失。在对地质灾害的减灾防灾中,预警系统是重要手段之一。依据地质灾害的属性特征,并针对目前预警系统选取因子的单一和局限。提出以时间、空间、强度为预警系统的因子,以前人的研究为基础选择性地建立了时间、空间、强度各因子的模型并结合四川省华蓥市的灾害预警进行论述。同时,在体现三者关系的前提下,建立科学合理的预警模型并形成有效的预警系统,对发布地质灾害预警讯息提供理论与技术依据。
Abstract:China is located in the peculiar geological region.Geological disaster appeared frequently and brought about many casualties and economic losses. Early warning system is an important way in restraining geology disaster. Based on the characteristics of geological disaster attribution and the idiographic condition in Huaying,Sichuan province. The paper is suggests that build the model of three factors’structure by time, space and intensity. At the same time, it should build the rational and effective system of early warning and make decision to announcing the geology disaster in consideration of the three factors.
