中文摘要: 为了改善某市污水厂出水水质,对常规SBR法工艺进行技术改造(将悬浮载体活性污泥法工艺应用到SBR工艺曝气池中)。对比平行实验期出水的COD、BOD5、NH+4-N、T-P等化学指标和生物相,检测是否达到预期效果。试验结果显示投加了悬浮填料的SBR池较普通的SBR池活性污泥系统内的生物种类、存在方式及基质的分配与传质方式都有明显的改善,表现出良好的耐水量和水质冲击的能力,出水的COD、BOD5、NH+4-N、T-P的去除率分别由原来的67.9%、81.6%、56.4%、62.5%提高到78.4%、88.9%、69.2%、74.2%。文中实验研究是针对变水位SBR工艺等间歇式曝气池,突破了悬浮填料工艺主要应用于恒水位连续式曝气池,这对于已建水厂的技术改进具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:In order to improve the water quality of a waste water treatment plant, the conventional SBR technique was improved by the application of an activated sludge process with suspending filling material into intermittent aeration tanks and the chemical index such as COD,BOD5,NH+4-N,T-P and biofacies were investigated in paralleling experiments. Compared with the traditional SBR, the SBR with suspending filling material could improve obviously bio diversity, the existing type, the allocation of matrix and the mass transfer mode, and shows better tolerance of influent volume and quality. In addition, the removal efficientcy of COD,BOD5,NH+4-N,T-P was greatly increased from the previous 67.9%,81.6%,56.4%,62.5% to 78.4%,88.9%,69.2%,74.2%, respectively.This research focused on the application in SBR with changeable water levels and other intermittent aeration tanks,which is a breakthrough to traditional application of suspending filling material that was usually used in continuous aeration tank.This research had practical value for the improvement of ever built wastewater treatment plants.
