中文摘要: 以偶氮二异丁睛(AIBN)为引发剂,N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)/CuBr2为催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,分别进行了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的反向原子转移自由基聚合(RATRP)。聚合转化率和聚合物分子量及分子量分布测定结果表明,在非极性溶剂二甲苯中MMA的聚合,聚合物的数均分子量随转化率变化的线性关系较好,分子量分布较窄,聚合可控性较好;而BA的聚合可控性较差。此外,还对MMA最终聚合产物进行了1H-NMR分析,结果表明该反应属于RATRP反应机理,所得产物为无规立构结构
Abstract:The reverse atom transfer radical polymerizations of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) were carried out at 80 ℃ using N,N,N′,N′-teramethylethylendiamin (TMEDA)/CuBr2 as the catalyst,AIBN as initiator, and xylene as solvent. GPC results and monomer conversion showed that the polymerization of MMA represents well controlled, the number average molecular weight increases linearly with monomer conversion and during the whole polymerization, the polydispersities are low,however the polymerization of BA is uncontrolled. The resultant PMMA obtained from TMEDA/CuBr2 system was characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy, and the result showed that the polymerization kinetic is RATRP, and thepolymer is random structure.
