中文摘要: 为实现全国范围内的空中交通动态监视,必须将分布于全国各地的管制中心的雷达融合数据经通信线路传送到全国空情融合中心,常用的办法是进行动态雷达数据拼接,在拼接边界存在航迹平滑度差,航迹易跳变等问题。考虑采用分布式融合算法来处理各融合节点输出的雷达航迹,解决了航迹在融合边界质量差的问题。并针对分布式雷达数据融合过程中的几个关键问题:误差校正、航迹关联、融合算法展开分析,分别给出了有效的处理方案,并在实际工作中进行验证,均取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The distributed fusion algorithm was applied to process the fusion tracks from local ATC center, and solve the problem of the poor quality of the track on the fusion edge. Some key problems in the distributed fusion algorithm, such as error registration, tracks correlation, and tracks fusion were discussed. The proposed methods were proved to have significant improvement effects.
