摘要:Abstract:In this paper, we applied the thought way of optimum seeking and overall planning to construct the basic framework of private enterprises assistance mode. Through questionnaire survey and interview, we gained an intimate knowledge of practical situation of private enterprises. Then we analyzed the private enterprises assistance from three stages: enterprise evaluation, enterprise type and factor analysis using SPSS software, and proposed guiding reconstruction mode, all-around reconstruction mode, conglomeration reconstruction mode and reforming reconstruction mode.
摘要:Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of post-disaster permanent reconstruction, this paper, based on lab tests and engineering example examination, presents the application technology of wood-structured building and its practical example for Sichuan post-quake reconstruction. According to experimental results, the heat insulation capability of the common architecture envelope structure (single-layer mixed wall structure of bamboo and soil) in Sichuan traditional wood-structured building is not satisfactory, with its heat transfer coefficient of 4.59「W/m2•K」. Using the innovative technology of increased airspace, the improved envelope structure of wood-structured building, with the lower construction cost and better heat transfer coefficient of 2.1~2.3「W/m2•K」, performs well in heat insulation and living comfortability. Moreover, due to the improvement of construction technology, the new wood-structured building is featured with better quake-proof performance, shorter construction cycle, and lower building costs, which is fit for practical use in the post-disaster reconstruction.
摘要:Abstract:After “5.12” Wenchuan earthquake, inspection and evaluation on 5 damaged bridges on “Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing” Oil Pipeline were carried out. With an engineering example of Yangmu bridge which is the most badly damaged, the inspection contents and methods of concrete hollow slab beam bridge were discussed. The structure models were builded for calculation and anylysis by the application of finite element analysis software. Then the load-carrying capacity was evaluated totally based on the above results. Recommendations of repair and reinforcement on girders, supports, bent cap, etc. were proposed, and the experience and defects of current inspection and evaluation were summarized. Further more, the application and development of bridge inspection and evaluation were discussed,and some suggestions for aseismatic design of bridges such as restricting the displacement of girders were put forward.
摘要:Abstract:Wenchuan earthquake caused great damage to Dujiangyan and other 4 counties of Chengdu. The quick evaluation on environment resources carrying capacity is an important part of the post-earthquake reconstruction plan. Current carrying capacity usually evaluate single resources of a certain area, few of them assess a whole city. This paper get the evaluated target and objects according to the carrying capacity definitions. Five factors including geology disasters’ distribution, physiognomy environment, plow land, water and travel resource were used for evaluation the carrying capacity of a city area. Each factor’s weight got from the specialists. The research area were divided to 3×3km grids by GIS software. The final result is make up with grid’s evaluation result which concluded by five factor layer’s overlay. Some suggestions base on the evaluation result were given and the end.

摘要:Abstract:The intense earthquake happened at Wenchuan zone in 5.12. Many residential buildings have been damaged at different degree in disaster area. In order to research the damage of the different age residential buildings under the intense earthquake, the different age residential buildings are classified and analyzed. Then, the damage characteristics of buildings are obtained. These conclusions can help to reconstruct buildings in disaster area. In view of the damage data of buildings checked and measured after intense earthquake, the damage reason and the damage regulation of the buildings are studied using the structure mechanics theory. At last, according to the different age residential buildings, the different advice of remedy and reinforce are proposed.
摘要:Abstract:The Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12th not only caused huge earthquake disaster, but also placed a premium on secondary mountain harm. Plenty of landslips and landslides provided a lot of incompact solid matters for debris flow. The earthquake caused instability of slope and breakage of rock, and the debris flow ravines will be active in a long period. A debris flow happened in Baotougou in Maoxian on June 18th, 2008, it blocked Jiangjiang, caused debacle and destroyed the close provincial highway 302. This paper analyzed the background conditions of debris flow development, estimated the density, calculate the velocity and flow. It proposed the control measures and provided reference and basis for the relevant research and reconstruction by analyzing the characteristics of movement and causes of the debris flow.

摘要:Abstract:This article evaluated comprehensively the suitability of human settlements in the heavy disaster of Wenchuan earthquake that selected main factors(disasters danger of earthquake, secondary mountain hazards, using land resources, available water resources, environmental capacity, ecosystem fragility, ecological significance, economic development level, population density, traffic dominance ),applied the technology of geographic information system and adopted the evaluation method of key factors combined with weight factors,and established the model of evaluation( ).The results show that: The suitable regions and more suitable regions allocated in the eastern plain and hilly areas;The moderate suitable regions located in low mountain, hilly areas, western plateau and the transition region of Longmenshan piedmont; The regions which are not suitable and worse suitable located in the alpine-gorge area. According to the results of human settlements, the industrial layout, urban spatial distribution and population scale are discussed in the article.
摘要:Abstract:The corridors of a cement factory were damaged in different levels after the earthquake happened in May 12th, 2008 in Jiangyou, In addition, with the structure gradually aging, members cracking, steel corrosion, concrete spalling and carbonation, serious security issues were caused in production. Based on the detection and appraisal results of the concrete corridors, reinforcement measures analysis were made for the damage structure and structure members. Take into account the treatments of seismic joints, damaged structural members, strengthening of structural integrity and conformation measures, the detailed reinforcement measures were presented as reference design for similar structures after earthquake.

摘要:Abstract:Combining with numerous firsthand materials collecting on site after the Wenchuan earthquake, damages of the buildings with brick-timber structure, brick-masonry structure, RC frame structure and steel structure were expounded. The damage forms and aspects of each were summarized and the damage mechanisms were discussed followed also. And then the problems of seismic design need to be improved in future were pointed out. Because buildings of schools and buildings at countryside built by the residents themselves destroyed most severely in the earthquake, they were analyzed in emphasizes. Based on those above, some problems of earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation of buildings in pan, siting, construction and fitments and problems of seismic retrofit of buildings were proposed with the expectation of resolving them as soon as possible.

摘要:Abstract:After Wenchuan earthquake, many buildings presented varied degrees of destruction in Sichuan and Chongqing province. The large-scale damaged buildings need security identification to ensure the safety of the extant buildings and resettle the victims as soon as possible. In view of this, a fast and feasible method –frequency method for building identification was introduced in this essay. To some extent the decrease of the frequency reflects the earthquake damage degree to the structure. Through the analysis of dynamic performance parameters (natural vibration frequency, damping ration) of the structure and compare with similar structures, the relationship between the structure rigidity degradation degree and the earthquake damage degree to the structure can be reached, which determined the gradation of earthquake damage. Using this method, nearly one hundred buildings (masonry structure, frame structure, masonry building supported by RC frame) were detected. Results showed that the method was simple and feasible, and was able to determine the earthquake damage degree to the structure accurately. In the last, a simple statistical analysis about seismic damage of the builds detected has been made. The data accumulated would be valuable for damaged building renovation and increase new building’s seismic performance.
