Editorial Policy
1. Review Policy
The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system for manuscript evaluation. Overall acceptance rate is around 14%. The review process is as follows:
1) Initial review: After the author's successful submission, they will receive a receipt confirmation, and the status in the submission system will be "New Submission". In this stage, the manuscript will be sent to 1 expert for review. If the manuscript does not pass the initial review, the author will receive a rejection email or be asked to revise and resubmit for review. Authors who receive a revision request email are required to complete the manuscript revision within 1 week and resubmit it to the editorial department for initial review.
2) Peer review: Manuscripts that pass the initial review will be sent to at least 2 experts for peer review, and the status in the submission system will be "Under Review". If some reviewers have returned their comments, the system status will show "Partial Review Completed". If all reviewers have returned their comments, the system status will show "Review Completed".
3) Final review: For manuscripts with completed reviews, the editor will combine the expert review comments with the manuscript formatting suggestions and proceed to the final decision, and the system status will show "Final Decision". The Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision. The final decision will include "Publish after Minor Revisions", "Resubmit after Major Revisions", "Rejection", etc., and the system status will show "Decision Made". The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the entire content of the journal.
4) Manuscripts that pass the final decision will enter the publication process:
Online First: To enhance the dissemination efficiency and utilization value of academic articles, the journal will conduct online first publication for all authorized manuscripts. Authors must ensure that the final revision complies with the journal's template requirements. Online first articles are considered officially published articles, and once published, the article title, author names and order, author affiliations and order, corresponding author, and main academic content cannot be modified.
Print Publication: Manuscripts need to go through editing, typesetting, author proofreading, and editorial proofreading before being published in print. After typesetting, the manuscript will be sent to the authors for proofreading. Authors should only correct errors in typesetting and wording, and generally should not make changes to the content. At the same time, the editorial department will notify the authors to pay the APC charges. For specific operations, please refer to the "FAQ" section.
5) For manuscripts that do not pass the final decision, the editor will return the final decision to the author, and the status in the submission system will be "Rejected".
Notes:
1) In principle, the journal will inform the authors of the final decision within 3 months of submission. Those who have not received the notification for more than 3 months can inform the editorial department and withdrawal their manuscripts. Then they can submit to other journals. Please avoid duplicate submission or multiple submission.
2) Authors can check the manuscript processing status on the submission system at any time, or follow the WeChat official account of the journal and click “期刊在线”-“稿件查询”. If the authors need to consult the manuscript related matters, they can directly leave a message in the submission system, and the relevant editors will deal with it accordingly in the first time after receiving it.
3) In principle, all authors' names, organizations, and order of signature cannot be changed after the manuscript enters the review process. If there are special circumstances that require correction of information, authors are requested to provide a detailed description of the correction, signed by all authors, and stamped with the official seal of the affiliation, and then send it to the responsible editor. If you do not have a corresponding author at the time of submission, you may choose one of the existing authors to be the corresponding author when revising the manuscript.
4) When return the revised manuscript, authors should complete and submit the “Authors' Declaration Form” provided by the journal. They are required to declare their individual contributions to the research and disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their research.

This notice will detail the changes made to the original article and indicate the source of the article.
