点支式玻璃结构组成简单、传力明确,广泛运用于国内外幕墙、围栏等多种玻璃结构体系。相对于传统的建筑结构,针对点支玻璃节点的研究较少,其结构破坏机理不明确,承载力设计方法尚不明确。为了探讨玻璃结构中常用的浮头式点支节点平面外承载力性能,设计制作了尺寸为250 mm × 250 mm × 8 mm、中间开孔的单层钢化玻璃板试件,并配备了装有浮头式驳接头且直径为47 mm和40 mm的锚固件。对浮头式节点开展平面外拉拔加载和循环加载试验,以获得该类型节点的极限承载力和典型破坏模式。试验结果表明:单层玻璃板呈现脆性破坏,破坏后玻璃板内主要裂缝由孔心向四周大概呈辐射状分布,次要裂缝则以开孔为同心圆向四周扩散;玻璃碎片尺寸较小且大小不同。同一试验相同测点处玻璃板的破坏应力基本相同,且破坏荷载与浮头直径呈正相关。根据荷载—位移曲线拟合了两种加载制度下浮头式节点的承载力特征曲线和滞回曲线分析模型。运用有限元分析软件,建立精细化有限元分析模型,数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。本研究对点支玻璃结构的承载力设计和分析具有一定的参考意义,亦可为其它玻璃结构的设计和研究提供借鉴。
Objective

Buttoned connection is a concise connection with straight load-transfer capacity
it is widely used in glass structures such as glass curtain wall
balustrades etc. Comparing to conventional building structures
experimental and analytical works is rarely reported in literature and the loading failure mechanism and the structural design methodology are not well understood. To investigate the out-of-plane loading behavior of the buttoned connection
a series of experimental and analytical work were carried out. The failure modes and load bearing computation methods of the buttoned connection were summarized and developed
respectively.
Methods

In accordance to correlated code provisions
glass panels with a dimension 250 mm × 250 mm × 8 mm and bolt diameter of 47 mm and 40 mm were constructed in laboratory. A specific experimental setup was built to ensure the glass panel is simply supported on the four sides such that the out-of-plane load can be applied in the center perpendicularly. Strain gauges and displacement sensors were employed to measure the strain and defection of the glass near the button. Monotonic and cyclic tests were performed to investigate the loading behavior of the button connection. The cyclic loading protocol was determined based on the experimental peak load obtained in the monotonic loading tests and recommendations given in FEMA461. The representative load-displacement and hysteresis curves were developed based on the experimental curves. Finite element model was built to verify the experimental results. The failure behavior and failure mode matched in the two results
demonstrating the reliability of this study. This study is beneficial to the structural design and loading capacity computation of glass structures with buttoned connections. The experimental loading curves were analyzed and representative skeleton curves were quantified with mathematical expressions. To verify the experimental results
finite element models of the button connections were built with ABAQUS software package. The two results were analyzed comparatively.
