    • According to the latest report, the development of hydropower resources in the high mountain and canyon areas of western China is facing key scientific issues related to the evolution of mechanical properties and long-term stability of the surrounding rock of extremely deep caverns. Experts have revealed the water softening mechanism of Jinping marble through deep in-situ stress environment rock saturation tests, providing important references for stability analysis of deep underground engineering.
