中文摘要: 以ε-己内酯,6-氨基己酸、聚乙二醇、2
4-甲苯二异氰酸酯为原料,采用本体熔融聚合法合成了可降解的聚醚酯酰胺基聚氨酯共聚物(PEEA-U),并采用1H-NMR和FTIR对该材料进行了表征,确认了合成反应的进行。采用DSC、TGA/DTG对其热性能进行了研究,发现随着TDI的加入,共聚物的熔点升高、熔融热增加,即材料的结晶度增大,同时材料的热分解温度亦随之升高。同时对材料的水解降解行为进行了研究,结果发现:随着TDI的加入,材料的降解速度减慢;并且对于同一种材料,其降解速度随降解介质的pH值发生变化,当pH从9.10降到4.02时,材料的降解速度大大加快。
Abstract:The biodegradable polyetheresteramide-based polyurethane (PEEA-U) copolymers were prepared by melt polycondensation method from ε-caprolactone
6-aminocaproic acid
poly(ethylene glycol)
and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). The polymers were characterized by1H-NMR
FTIR
and the thermal properties were studied by DSC and TGA/DTG analysis. With the addition of TDI
the melting temperature and the enthalpy increased . The hydrolytic degradation behavior of these copolymers were also studied.The results showed that with the decrease of the pH from 9.10 to 4.02
the degradation rate increases rapidly
and the degradation rate of the PEEA-U-E is slower than that of PEEA-U-0
which might be due to the difference in the macromolecular weight and the crystallinity of the copolymers.
