Abstract:Aimed at unavoidable air disturbing in locale large size object measurement
a methodwhich uses wavefront sensor and image restoration to restore the image of laser beam reflected by target lens
and revise large size object measurement and collimation results to fit the measurement requirement was proposed. The experiment result showed that this method can effectively eliminate image dithering and distortion caused by air disturbing
and the precision of measurement and measurement scale can be improved.
