3-四氟丙酯-甲基丙烯酸(TFPMA-MA)共聚物和甲基丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸(BMA-MA)共聚物,以这两种聚合物为成膜树脂分别配制了光致聚合物全息材料,对比研究了光致聚合物全息材料的光敏性、衍射效率、分辨率等全息性能。结果表明:在实验所测的范围内,含氟光致聚合物全息材料的灵敏度及记录高频信号时衍射效率略有下降,但记录低频信号时衍射效率提高;XPS测定含氟光致聚合物全息材料曝光前后的薄膜面氟氧原子比(F/O)表明,空气中的氧气可能参与了曝光过程;影响全息

3-tetrafluoropropyl methacrylate (TFPMA) and methacrylic acid
and water soluble methacrylate copolymers composed of butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid were synthesized by solution polymerization. Photopolymers for holographic recording with these copolymers as the binders were prepared and studied in terms of photosensitivity
reflective efficiency and space resolution. The experiment data in comparison indicate that the photosensitivity of the photopolymers containing TFPMA was lower and the reflection efficiency were increased when recording at lower frequency
but decreased at higher frequency. The change of F/O atomic ratio on the fluoro photopolymer surface
as determined by XPS
indicated that oxygen in air participated in the photopolymerization in photorecording. The differences of reflective indices caused by the laser initiated photopolymerization are not the only factors affecting the holographic recording. Compatibility among the components in the final material is also important.
