中文摘要: 直剪试验是粗粒土强度指标测试的传统技术手段。但传统的试验设备存在的重大技术缺陷使得在试验过程中剪切面面积逐步缩小,剪切面中心位置逐渐偏移,导致剪切面上的正应力增大且分布不均,使试验结果产生误差和严重失真,并制约了该项技术手段发展和工程应用。为了克服粗粒土直剪试验设备的这一重大技术缺陷作者研制了一套大型粗粒土直剪试验机,采用齿轮齿条机构来固定剪切面中心的位置,同时运用线性比例调压技术使正应力恒定,有效地解决了这些技术难题,使粗粒土直剪试验技术得到了进一步完善。
Abstract:Direct shear test is a traditional method for the measure of coarse grained soils strength indexes
but the testing apparatus has significant technical defects
which not only cause shear area gradually reducing
the center position of shear surface gradually offsetting
with the occurrence and development of shear displacement
but also normal stress increasing and irregularly distributing on shear surface. In order to overcome these defects
a new direct shear testing apparatus for large coarse grained soils was developed
by using the framework of gear and rack to fix the position of shear area
and by using equalizing technic of linear ratio pressure adjustment to keep the normal stress from varying.
