Abstract:Nanoparticles of mesoporous TiO2 were synthesized TiOSO4 and NaOH in aqueous solution by precipitatioan method with PEG as template.The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal test.The prepared powders were investigate by XRD 、AFM、high resolution TEM、Surface area & Porosity Analyzer. The results showed that TiO2 was anatase with high thermal stability
the surface area was 121 m2·g-1
the mean grain size of crystal was 13 nm
the mean pore size was 10 nm,the mean grain size of nanoparticles was less than 100 nm.
