摘要

中文摘要: 合成了一种含有多羟基的聚多硫杂脂肪族二酸酯高分子偶联剂，测试了不同用量的偶联剂与无机填料（白碳黑、陶土、轻质碳酸钙）的配合对胶料的共补强效果。结果表明，加入适量的此类偶联剂，可以明显促进橡胶与填料间的结合，这种偶联剂促进填料在橡胶中分散同时，还有一种特殊的增强胶料交联密度功能，可使胶料的拉伸强度、定伸强度和扯断伸长率提高，其中白碳黑填充胶料的拉伸强度可提升70%。在研究的偶联剂体系中，较高硫含量的偶联剂增强效果更突出。此种偶联剂的WCB填充橡胶体系比以“Si69"为偶联剂的WCB体系耐老化性能更好。

Abstract

Abstract:A kind of macromolecular coupling agent was synthesized

and the effect of the coupling agent amount to the reinforement of rubber was tested.The testing figure showed a special reinforcement by means of controlling the amount of the coupling agents

especially to the tensile strength

hardness cross-link density and elongation at break of rubber composites.The coupling agents contain more sulfur is better. Rubber composites comprise the coupling agents have more anti aging than comprise "Si69".
