Luminescence Characterization and Synthesis of ZnO:Eu3+,Li+ by Mechanochemistry
Li+ nanopowder was prepared by mechanochemical process and thermal decomposition. The obtained samples were characterized using TG-DSC
XRD
SEM
TEM. Results showed that Eu3+ and Li+ ions were successfully doped into the crystal lattice of ZnO matrix.The obtained powders exhibited normal size distribution
whose size were about 50nm. The main emission peak in ZnO:Eu3+
Li+ nanocrystals was 611 nm.The photoluminescence intensity of samples were interrelated with thermal decomposition temperature
